At Excellency Shoes, we aim to get your items delivered to you in the best condition possible, and we sincerely hope you will be more than satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you wish to return any item, we offer a 3day return policy starting from the day your shoes are delivered to you.
We also encourage you to CHECK UPON DELIVERY, and if any items are incorrect, damaged, or faulty you should return items at the point of delivery and notify us immediately by calling 07066009667 or sending an email to sales@excellencyshoes.com with your telephone number and order number. In such cases, an exchange (swap) can be made and there will be no extra delivery charges
If the return is due to any other circumstance other than stated, we kindly ask you to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us or pay for delivery for exchanges(swaps).
Returns should be addressed to Shop 34/35, Gbode Plaza, 29 Nnamdi Azikiwe Street, Beside Wema Bank, (Mandillas) Lagos Island.. Please return the item(s) in the same condition as when received and in the original packaging along (order number, delivery note, and/or invoice). Please note, any item that has been scuffed, stained, or dinged on the surface, inside, or bottom will not be accepted or exchanged.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to exchange an item for another item, you may do so within 3 days of delivery as long as the item has not been worn or damaged in any way. You will incur the cost of shipping the new pair of items to you.
